Morning Juice – US Session Prep

Morning Traders!
It is Monday the 24th of February, here are some things to look out for today.

Sentiment
Following Friday’s severe selloff, US stocks were poised to recover, with Nvidia gaining in early trading.
After conservatives under Merz won a vote over the weekend, German markets rose.

Contracts on the Nasdaq 100 increased by 0.4%, while those on the S&P 500 increased by 0.5%.
Following its announcement that it would invest $500 billion domestically over the next four years to acquire staff and expand its AI capabilities, Apple’s stock fell.

Nvidia’s next assessment on Wednesday will be a vital test of demand for US megacap stocks and the AI mania that has propelled them.
With China’s DeepSeek making recent gains in AI, Nvidia is under pressure to provide game-changing outcomes in order to reclaim its lead.

The Euro rose 0.1%, reversing an earlier 0.7% rise, as initial excitement for Germany’s election gave way to concerns that the new government would lack consensus to implement much-needed economic reforms.
