Morning Juice – US Session Prep
Morning, Traders!
It is Tuesday the 25th of March, here are some things to look out for today.
Sentiment
The Dollar Spot Index dipped 0.2%, losing its earlier gains. Investors are also seeking clarification on secondary tariffs that Trump has threatened to apply to countries that purchase Venezuelan oil.
After Monday’s US PMI figures surprised to the upside, traders await US economic data including consumer confidence, as well as commentary from the Fed’s Kugler and Williams.
US stock futures fell after Wall Street’s brief rise, weighed down by Trump’s fresh trade threats and the prospect of fewer interest-rate cuts than presently valued.
