Morning Juice – US Session Prep (6th August)

Sentiment
The dollar was little changed for a 3rd straight day after an almost 1% decline on Friday. Treasury yields increased before auctions today, including the sale of $42 bln of 10-Yr notes.

European equities climbed as investors looked past Trump’s latest tariff threats and poor economic data to focus on a rush of corporate earnings reports.

Swiss President Keller-Sutter will meet Secretary of State Rubio on her emergency trip to lower the US’s 39% tariff, while it was not clear if she will also get to see Trump.
