Morning Juice – Europe Session Prep

Good Morning Traders.
It is Friday the 15th of August. Here is what to look out for today.

Sentiment
China’s economy slowed across the board in July with factory activity and retail sales disappointing, suggesting the world’s No. 2 economy is losing traction in the third quarter.. Japan’s economy expanded faster than expected last quarter led by solid domestic demand, boosting the case for the Bank of Japan to raise its benchmark rate again this year while giving embattled Prime Minister Ishiba some rare good news. China’s new-home prices fell at a faster pace in July, in a further sign that a series of stimulus measures has failed to revive the moribund market. Funds parked at a major Federal Reserve facility dropped to the lowest level in more than four years, putting in focus the amount of cash banks have sitting at the US central bank, a measure of liquidity conditions.
