Morning Juice – US Session Prep (15th December)

Sentiment
The dollar edged lower ahead of U.S. payrolls and inflation data due later this week, releases that are expected to offer traders fresh insight into the health of the world’s largest economy. Treasuries posted modest gains as investors awaited remarks from Fed’s Miran and Fed’s Williams.

US stock futures advanced at the start of the final full trading week of 2025 as the recent technology-led selloff showed signs of easing and analysts continued to strike a bullish tone on the outlook for next year.

Meanwhile, Bank of Japan officials are expected to begin selling the central bank’s holdings of exchange-traded funds as early as next month, according to people familiar with the matter, in a process that is likely to take decades to fully unwind.
