The United States and Iran have achieved a tentative agreement to extend a cease-fire for 60 days and begin further negotiations over Tehran’s nuclear program. President Donald Trump has yet to agree to these terms. France’s economy unexpectedly contracted at the start of the year, raising concerns about its resilience to the impact of the Iran war. Anthropic raised $65 billion in a funding round that valued the artificial intelligence startup at $965 billion, including the additional investment, surpassing the competition.
