Morning Juice – US Session Prep (8th June)

Sentiment
US Treasuries fell on rising concerns over higher inflation risks as escalating Middle East tensions pushed oil prices higher, while the dollar was little changed ahead of a Federal Reserve reading on inflation expectations later in the day.

Traders are now pricing in around 48 BPS of Fed rate hikes by June, up from roughly 30 BPS on Friday before the stronger-than-expected payrolls report.
