Morning Juice – US Session Prep

Morning, Traders!
It is Tuesday the 20th of February, the first trading day back after the holiday-extended weekend.
Here are some things to look out for today.

Sentiment
The dollar moved lower with Treasury yields this morning, which fell slightly after trading reopened from the long weekend.
UK gilts outperformed after Bank of England’s Governor and other MPC members told parliament that policymakers don’t have to wait for inflation to be at the 2% target before cutting rates.

US equity futures fell this morning as the latest earnings reports and corporate news did not abate worries about higher-for-longer rates, and a faltering Chinese economy.
