The dollar index held steady, and Treasury yields fell slightly.
The yen recovered after falling to its lowest level in nearly 34 years, while the krona fell against the euro after the Riksbank indicated that rates could be cut as early as May.

US stock futures edged higher as traders prepared for the end-of-quarter rebalance.
