Morning Juice – Europe Session Prep

Good Morning Traders.
It is Friday the 20th of December. Here is what to look out for today.

Sentiment
The yen rose for the first time in three days versus the dollar after the nation’s finance minister warned against currency speculation. Risk sentiment also deteriorated after a Republican-led House rejected a temporary funding plan backed by President-elect Donald Trump, further supporting the yen. Prime Minister Keir Starmer is set to appoint Peter Mandelson as the UK’s ambassador to the US, in an effort to spare Britain from being hit by tariffs by Donald Trump.
