Morning Juice – US Session Prep
Morning, Traders!
It is Tuesday the 25th of June, here is what to look out for today.
Sentiment
Stock futures pointed to gains at the Wall Street open, as shares of technology behemoth Nvidia recovered in premarket trading.
Contracts on the S&P 500 and the tech-heavy Nasdaq rose 0.2% and 0.4%, respectively, on speculation that a three-day selloff that erased more than $400 billion from Nvidia’s market capitalization was overdone.
On Tuesday, the chipmaker gained up to 3.5% in premarket trading.
Danske Bank analysts wrote that the decline in technology shares was “purely an investor/sentiment story.” “The fundamentals remain unchanged from a week ago.”
