Morning Juice – Europe Session Prep
Good morning, Traders.
It is Friday, the 15th of November, here is what to expect for the day.
Sentiment
Fed Chair Powell stated that the US economy’s recent performance has been exceptionally good, allowing central bankers to cut interest rates gradually.
Last month, China’s economy showed signs of stabilisation, powered by the biggest retail sales rise in eight months, showing that Beijing’s most recent round of stimulus has supported certain crucial industries. China’s home price decreases slowed for the second month in October, supported by recent governmental support.
Japan’s economy expanded somewhat faster than predicted, supporting the case for the central bank to continue raising interest rates while also relieving pressure on the government as it finalises fiscal stimulus measures to be announced this month.
Japan’s economic growth slowed in the third quarter, strengthening the argument for the government to put together a stimulus package that will be announced later this month.
